Along the Path of Aging: About Me

Are you struggling to adjust to the aging process in a world that seems to be obsessed with youth?

Are you facing a midlife transition, such as divorce, health issues, caregiving, career changes, empty nest, or a changing sense of purpose?

Are you looking for a role model that looks different from your mother or grandmother?

If so, you have come to the right place. You are far from alone in this process. Over the past three years I have been writing and talking with people all over the world about these issues. In the process I have discovered that there are many, many positive steps we can take to fashion a life that is both meaningful and positive, despite any difficulties we may encounter. It is a period of life that is ripe for change and it only makes sense to take advantage of the opportunity to take steps to continue to become the person we were meant to be.

Aging Abundantly brings together in one spot the resources I have discovered and continue to discover every day. I hope the fruits of my journey will help simplify the process for you. In addition, I write daily on a topic that I hope will be of value to you.
