A Year of Answers

"There are years that ask questions and years that answer." - Zora Neale Hurston from Simple Abudance by Sarah Van Breathnach

Which will this year be for you?

"A new chapter in life waiting to be written. New questions to be asked, embraced, and loved. Answers to be discovered and then lived in this transformative year of delight and self discovery." SVB

There is such hope in possibility. Let's not destroy it with the shoulds that usually cloud our New Year's Resolutions. Obligations and supposed tos. They are a waste of our emotional energy. What we really need to do is embrace our joy. Explore those things that lift us up and give us life. I feel certain the rest will follow easily behind.

"Only dreams give birth to change. What are your hopes for the future as you reflect on the years that have passed? Gradually, as you become curator of your contentment, you will learn to embrace the gentle yearnings of your heart." SVB

It's time for us, regardless of where we are in our lives, to step out in faith and hope and embrace the new year with anticipation and expectation.

"Take a leap of faith and begin this wondrous new year by believing. Believe in yourself. And believe that there is a loving Source -- a Sower of Dreams -- just waiting to be asked to help you make your dreams come true."
